A SENSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
"Following the loss of our son we realised there was so much to be organised, we had never had to obtain a memorial before, Stephen's friendly and personal approach made the process so much easier for us.
Stephen prides himself in offering a complete service from advice in choosing a personal memorial, provision of a detailed layout plan to show how your chosen words will look on the finished memorial, completion of the application paperwork to obtain relevant authority through to the installation at the grave.
Our chosen memorial was the final tribute we could give our son and Stephen helped us every step of the way. In addition, Stephen cleaned and recoloured my late brother's headstone which was a lovely touch which we were not expecting. He's such a sincere young man, and my husband and I, wholeheartedly would recommend Stephen to help you through your difficult time.

Stephen offered to travel to meet my disabled nan rather than bring her to him and was at the end of the phone whenever we needed him. He offered honest advice when we were unsure of things and was considerate from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone. A small business with a real personal touch".
